Application for use of District facilities is conducted through MasterLibrary Schedules.
Please follow the instructions below to submit a facilities reservation request. To view the Facilities Calendar without creating an account or logging in, please click here.
Note: Pursuant to Board of Education #3280, reservation requests are categorized according to the following three-tier system of priority:
- Priority 1: School-Related Groups
- Priority 2: Non-Profit Making Organizations (outside groups such as Little League, Little Hoopers, Youth Wrestling, etc.)
- Priority 3: Profit-Making Organizations
When you create an account, you must select the appropriate priority tier for your organization so that your request is correctly handled according to board policy. Also, you will be prompted to upload your certificate of insurance.
