FAFSA or DREAM Act Application Waiver Form
New York Education Law 305(61) now requires school districts to verify that high school seniors either complete the FAFSA or, if applicable, the DREAM Act Application, or sign a waiver indicating that the student understands what the FAFSA or, if applicable the DREAM Act application are and have chosen not to apply. Please see the attached waiver form and fill out if applicable to your senior. Please return this form to the counseling office by May 15, 2025.
Join us for FAFSA Night
A representative from Jamestown Community College will be in the Community Room, Monday, November 3rd at 6 p.m to assist parents with completing their FAFSA. If you are interested in attending, please email rsitler@frewsburgcsd.org or call the guidance office at 716-569-7026, by Friday, October 31st to reserve a spot. If we do not have 10 families reserve a spot, we will not be able to have the event.
5 Hour Course
There will be a 5 hour course on Monday, November 17 from 5:oo p.m to 10:00 p.m. in the Frewsburg High School Library. Please contact Mrs. Hair at 716-569-7026 if you'd like to sign up.
Parent Portal and Student Portals
These portals are available to parents and students. If you would like to gain access to the portals, please set up your account by going to the parent portal. You will need your child's student ID number which is located on their report card.
