FAFSA or DREAM Act Application Waiver Form
New York Education Law 305(61) now requires school districts to verify that high school seniors either complete the FAFSA or, if applicable, the DREAM Act Application, or sign a waiver indicating that the student understands what the FAFSA or, if applicable the DREAM Act application are and have chosen not to apply. Please see the attached waiver form and fill out if applicable to your senior. Please return this form to the counseling office by May 15, 2025.
5 Hour Course
There will be a 5 hour course on Monday, May 11, from 5:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m. in the Frewsburg High School Library. Please contact Mrs. Hair at 716-569-7026 if you'd like to sign up.
Summer Driver Education
Sign ups for Summer driver education will begin on Monday, March 23. Information was mailed home to students who will be 16 at the time that each session begins. If there is a student who was elgible last summer, but did not take the course, they should see Mrs. Hair for information. The cost of the course is $10. Students must have their signed permission slip in hand along with the $10 fee to sign up.
SAT School Day
The SAT School Day for juniors will be held on Wednesday, April 15, in the high school library. Students should sign up in Mrs. Marzec's English class. The cost is $35 payable by April 2, 2026
Parent Portal and Student Portals
These portals are available to parents and students. If you would like to gain access to the portals, please set up your account by going to the parent portal. You will need your child's student ID number which is located on their report card.
