Basic Troubleshooting Resources

  • The first troubleshooting step for all problems, is to “Restart” your device. A restart, rather than a shutdown, resets the operating system properly and resolves the majority of issues.

    After trying these steps, if you are still having issues, please consult with your teacher. Your teacher may have additional steps to try or will process a tech support request to the District Technology Department.
