    The RHJ Physical Education Program strives to empower all students to sustain regular, lifelong physical activity as a foundation for a healthy, productive, and fulfilling life.  Scientific research has shown that physical activity helps improve a child’s mental alertness, academic performance, and readiness to learn.



    Children should be active 60 minutes a day in order to develop and maintain a healthy active lifestyle!!
