Welcome to Mrs. Conti's UPK Website!

We are very excited to have your child with us to experience UPK.
There is so much we will do and learn together through this school year.

This is my eighth year teaching at RHJ.  I worked as a Teaching Assistant in the AIS Math Department for three years and then taught Fourth Grade for two years.  Currently this is my third year teaching UPK.  I graduated from JCC and SUNY Fredonia with a Bachelors Degree in Childhood Education.  I completed my Masters Degree through Edinboro University in Special Education and am certified to teach birth through sixth grade.

Some things to think about for your child(ren) in class:
When you are choosing clothes for you child, please have them wear comfortable clothing that they can manage themselves. You may want to choose play clothes.  We can get very messy in here and even though we use art smocks, sometimes it doesn't cover every area. Sneakers, loafers, or "Mary Jane" type shoes are recommended.  We are very active and we want everyone to be safe.  Flip flops, sandles, croc's, and other type of footwear really isn't appropriate for our classroom.

I'm looking forward to a year of fun and exciting new adventures!
