COMMUNITY
The Frewsburg Central School District is located in the southeastern corner of Chautauqua County, which is the western-most county of New York State. This rural area is largely residential with small communities of homes within the District’s approximately 75 square mile radius. Most residents work in the nearby commercial areas of Jamestown (5 miles) and Warren, PA (18 miles).
The State University of New York College at Fredonia, Jamestown Community College, Jamestown Business College, Lake Erie, Chautauqua Lake and the world famous Chautauqua Institution (an arts, education and religious center) are within a short driving distance from Frewsburg schools.
